Growing up, and still to this day, one of my very favorite desserts was my Grandma’s ‘Quick and Easy Peach Cobbler’. It’s creamy, full of flavor & super easy! This would pair beautifully with last weeks Homemade Ice Cream. 🙂

Quick and Easy Peach Cobbler
1/4 cup margarine
2 cup sliced peaches
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup milk
1. Mix peaches with 1/2 cup sugar and set aside.
2. Place margarine in a deep baking dish and set inside a 350 degrees oven to melt.
3. Make a batter with flour, sugar, baking powder and milk. Pour over melted butter. DO NOT STIR.
4. Drop peaches into batter.
5. Bake until crust is lightly browned, approximately 35 minutes. {It makes it’s own sauce and although it may not seem done, it is.}
6. Enjoy!
