Let’s Meet–OkWB’s First Meet Up!

Mark your calendars …

Saturday, October 5

We’re meeting up!  Face to face! Hugging necks, shaking hands, sharing a meal and enjoying each other’s physical company!  It’s happening!

Here’s the scoop:

We’ll meet at 5:00 at Zio’s in Bricktown. Dinner is Dutch treat (of course). Bring your blog cards and your smile–this will be out time for us to visit and chat and get to know each other better.

At 6:30-ish, we’ll head over to Pinot’s Palette in Bricktown! You’ll need to register yourself. This is not a private party, so it’s first come, first serve–get those reservations NOW.

If you are coming from another part of the state and want to carpool with someone, email us at OklahomaWomenBloggers@gmail.com–put CARPOOL in the subject line and we’ll do our best to coordinate..

If you can only come to dinner or only come to Pinot’s, that’s perfectly fine! We just want to see you and facilitated our connections with each other.

If you can’t meet up with us on October 5, we’ll be sad and miss you terribly, but we will have another meet up the first weekend in March in Tulsa!!

So … what do you do now?

  1. Comment below if you are coming to Zio’s for dinner–we may ask for this information yet again, but comment below so we have a general number.
  2. Register for Pinot’s Palette. You’ll want to get those registrations early. This is not a private party–we’re just meeting up there during a regularly scheduled session.
  3. Invite all of your blogger friends to like Oklahoma Women Bloggers on Facebook and follow on Twitter and register with Oklahoma Women Bloggers. Even if you have a friend who’s just thinking about blogging, bring her along! She’ll see how bloggers are filled with fabulousness!

Then, try to contain your excitement until October 5 when we all meet up!

Are you as excited as we are?!?!?

Ohemgee! What should I wear?

Hi Nita! It’s a business card with all of your important info on it. If you don’t have one, no worries. We want to see you more than your card anyway! 🙂

Totally bummed, won’t be able to make it. I was picked as one of 10 contestants for the Homeland Healthy Challenge, and will be going to a mini bootcamp this weekend!
