This is a great healthy alternative to Chinese take out! The wonderful thing about this recipe is you can switch out the meat and vegetables with any that you prefer or to change it up!
1 cup boiling water
1 chicken bullion cube
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1lb chicken, cubed
2 large carrots, thinly sliced
2 cups broccoli, cut into small pieces
1 onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced1) Cook spaghetti as directed on package
2) Put about a tablespoon of oil in pan. Let it heat up. Then, add chicken. Stir frequently until no longer pink.
3) Boil water. Add bullion cube, soy sauce and brown sugar.
4) Add water mixture to pan of chicken. Bring to a simmer.
